Print Haven provides photo and art printing services by appointment and accepts orders by file upload, email, or consultation appointment. Any file preflight, size review, paper discussion, or proof process is limited to the scope agreed for the relevant order, and final production depends on confirmation of the submitted files, materials, and quantity.
Prices are based on print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately where applicable. Payment methods accepted are limited to those stated by the studio for the relevant order, and no order is binding until payment and production details have been confirmed.
Materials, paper types, finishes, and production timing are subject to availability and studio capacity. Any stated production period is an estimate only, and the studio may decline or postpone production where files, materials, or quantities have not been confirmed.
You retain responsibility for all rights in the files and artwork you submit, including any copyright, trademark, image, font, or personality rights required for production. The studio does not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy beyond the agreed file-preflight scope, and proof approval does not remove that responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. The studio does not guarantee exact screen-to-print colour matching, identical results across different materials or batches, or any particular archival or fade-resistant performance unless expressly confirmed in the applicable product specifications.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Singapore, and any dispute arising from them shall be handled in the courts or other competent forums of Singapore, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
